To the extent permitted by applicable law, the disclaimers, limitations on liability, termination and your warranties and indemnities shall survive any termination of these Terms and Conditions.
Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Anyscale hereby grants to Customer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to permit Customer's Authorized Users to access and use the Platform Services during the Subscription Term, solely for Customer's internal business purposes.
If any provisions from this Policy are in conflict with any applicable laws, such provisions will be replaced by provisions of the same purport that reflects the original intention of the provision, to the extent permissible under the applicable laws.
