We may take action to restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to our Services or close your account if we determine, acting reasonably and objectively: You breached these Terms, including our Usage Policies. We must do so to comply with the law. Your use of our Services could cause risk or harm to OpenAI, our users, or anyone else. Your account has been inactive for over a year and you do not have a paid account. Notice.
