Customers on any plan other than the Scale self-service plan have no SLA protections under this Product Specific Schedule, since the SLA is explicitly limited to Scale plan subscribers.
The reader only benefits from the incorporated Service Level Agreement if they have subscribed to the Scale self-service plan; subscribers to other plans are not covered.
