Customer agrees not to export, reexport, or transfer, directly or indirectly, any U.S. technical data acquired from Baseten, or any products utilizing such data, in violation of the United States export laws or regulations.
If Customer learns of a potential violation of trade laws relating to the performance of this Agreement, or a potential violation of the terms in this subsection, it will alert PlanetScale as soon as possible, but in no event more than fourteen (14) days after acquiring this knowledge.
Customer is responsible for and hereby agrees to comply at its sole expense with all applicable United States export laws and regulations.
