In the event that you die before the end of your subscription period, your estate shall be entitled to a refund of that portion of any payment you had made for your subscription which is allocable to the period after your death.
Upon notice of non-renewal, Customer will not be charged for the next billing cycle but will not receive any refunds or credits for amounts that have already been charged.
If you are on a paid subscription and we discontinue the Service you are using during your subscription...if we're unable to do so, we will provide you a pro-rata refund of fees prepaid for the remaining period of your subscription.
