For organizational users, the indemnification obligation extends to acts of Org Users, as stated in Section 1.2(b)(viii). 4. CONTRACT AND VENDOR IMPLICATIONS: Organizational users bear indemnification liability for acts and omissions of all Org Users under the Terms, which may create significant exposure in large-enterprise deployments with many users. Procurement teams should evaluate whether the indemnification scope is aligned with the organization's internal risk management policies and insurance coverage. 5. COMPLIANCE CONSIDERATIONS: Legal teams reviewing this document for enterprise deployments should assess whether the user-side indemnification obligation creates unacceptable financial exposure and whether enterprise-tier agreements with modified indemnification terms are available.
