Cancellation does not take immediate effect, meaning a user may continue to be billed for remaining periods in the subscription term even after cancelling.
A user who cancels will continue to be billed for any remaining billing periods in the subscription term, with access and charges ending only at the term's conclusion unless otherwise disclosed.
How other platforms handle this
It is not possible to get a "partial refund" or credit if a user wishes to cancel their recurring subscription early – it will remain valid until the end of its purchased duration.
The cancellation will take effect at the end of the billing period. You can see when your subscription will end on the "Account" page.
We will issue a refund within three Business Days of receiving your request, provided that the funds have not been picked up by the designated recipient prior to our receipt of your request for a refund.
