Hulu can unilaterally change the terms governing the user relationship, and those changes automatically take effect 30 days after notice or posting without requiring the user's affirmative consent.
Any amendment Hulu makes to the Agreement will become binding on the user 30 days after Hulu sends notice or posts it on the Services.

Material changes to the Agreement will become effective 30 days after notice is given, except to the extent the changes apply to new Services or functionality or are required by applicable law or court order, in which case they will be effective immediately.
