For subscribers residing in Germany: You may terminate your subscription after it has renewed with a notice period of one month. Your right to terminate for cause remains unaffected.
Refunds given by Google for billing inaccuracies under this Section will only be in the form of credit for the Services. Nothing in the Agreement obligates Google to extend credit to any party.
In the event of such a termination by Customer, we will refund Customer any prepaid fees covering the remainder of the term of all subscriptions after the effective date of termination.
