What it is

EU users and California residents have rights to see, correct, delete, or export their personal data held by Fiverr, and can exercise these rights by emailing privacy@fiverr.com.

Consumer impact (what this means for users)

If you are in the EU, UK, or California, you have enforceable legal rights to access all data Fiverr holds about you, request its deletion, and opt out of data sharing — but you must proactively contact Fiverr at privacy@fiverr.com to exercise these rights.

What you can do

⚠️ These actions may provide transparency or partial mitigation but may not fully address the underlying issue. Effectiveness varies by jurisdiction and individual circumstances.
  • Export Your Data
    Within 30 days
Email privacy@fiverr.com stating you are exercising your right of access under GDPR Art. 15 (EU/UK users) or CCPA §1798.110 (California users). Include your registered email address. Fiverr must respond within 30 days (EU) or 45 days (California).
  • Delete Your Data
    Within 30 days
To request deletion of your personal data, email privacy@fiverr.com citing your right to erasure under GDPR Art. 17 (EU/UK) or CPRA §1798.105 (California). Specify that you want all personal data deleted, not just your account deactivated.

Why it matters (compliance & risk perspective)

These rights are legally enforceable and give users meaningful control over their data — but only if users know to invoke them, which requires actively contacting Fiverr.

California residents have the right to know what personal information is collected, to delete personal information, and to opt out of the sale of personal information. To exercise these rights, you may contact us at privacy@fiverr.com.
