If you cancel a subscription, you may continue to use the canceled service until the end of your then-current subscription term. The subscription will not be renewed when your then-current term expires.
If Customer orders Services from Reseller, then: (a) fees for the Services will be set between Customer and Reseller, and any payments will be made directly to Reseller under the Reseller Agreement.
You also authorize us to retry any failed authorizations. We may use data provided to us by our partners to determine when to schedule such retries.
