The updated policy establishes clearer expectations around data retention and deletion for different user types. Enterprise Users now have explicit notice that their inputs and outputs are retained for 30 days. Trial Users and Researchers are informed the platform is not intended to process personal information. The policy creates a formal deletion request process for inadvertently included personal information, with Cohere committing to respond within one month normally or up to three months for complex requests. You can request deletion of personal information by emailing privacy@cohere.com.
