In the event of any conflict between these Terms of Use and information provided by Customer Service or other portions of our websites, these Terms of Use will control.
Any terms and conditions of any other instrument issued by you in connection with these Terms which are in addition to, inconsistent with or different from these Terms shall be of no force or effect.
If your account is terminated by you or by Tinder for any reason, these Terms continue and remain enforceable between you and Tinder, and you will not be entitled to any refund for purchases made.
