Under the revised agreement, consumers waive the right to sue in court, have a jury trial, or participate in class actions; disputes must be resolved individually through JAMS arbitration. Exceptions exist for small claims court (if available in your jurisdiction), intellectual property injunctions, and disputes about compliance with the pre-arbitration procedure itself.
