For transactions involving your Venmo Debit Card or other transactions covered by the Electronic Fund Transfer Act, your liability for unauthorized transactions and our error resolution procedures are governed by Regulation E. You must notify us within 60 days of the statement date on which the error appeared. If you fail to notify us within this period, you may not be entitled to a refund of the unauthorized amount.
