ConductAtlas Analysis

Why it matters (compliance & governance perspective)

The incorporation by reference mechanism consolidates multiple separate documents into a single binding agreement through cross-reference rather than full restatement. This operational structure means that terms distributed across multiple locations and formats are treated as unified contractual obligations governing the service relationship.

Consumer impact (what this means for users)

Users' rights and obligations are defined not solely by the primary Terms of Service document but by the combined effect of multiple incorporated documents including country-specific policies and service-specific addenda. The terms apply to all platform use including specialized services like IKEA assembly tasks, with applicability determined by the country and service type involved.
