By providing your bank account details and accepting these Terms, you authorise our nominated third-party payment processor to debit your bank account in accordance with your chosen Subscription.
If the Transitional Period exceeds the term defined in the Agreement, the Parties will agree to extend the term of the Agreement, solely for the purposes of an orderly Switch. Such extension will be subject to the payment of the applicable Fees for continued access to the Mistral AI Products.
If you do not timely cancel your subscription, your subscription will be renewed at the full price as indicated when the purchase was made, without any additional action by you, and you authorize us to charge your payment method for these amounts.
