The updated terms establish mandatory age verification as a condition of account creation and authorize Snapchat to lock or delete accounts if users do not meet applicable age requirements in their jurisdiction. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Anyscale hereby grants to Customer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to permit Customer's Authorized Users to access and use the Platform Services during the Subscription Term, solely for Customer's internal business purposes.
