The updated terms clarify that custom avatars you create are your content and remain your property, while stock avatars provided by Runway remain Runway's property. The terms now explicitly govern third-party integrations (Non-Runway Services) and state that these external tools are provided without warranties and that you are solely responsible for any data, actions, or consequences arising from them. The agreement also expands what conduct is prohibited to include interference with third-party services, and broadens liability protections to cover Runway's gross negligence and intentional misconduct. You can review the Non-Runway Services section to understand which third-party integrations you enable and the data you authorize to be transferred.
