Customers who commit to a minimum spend are bound to that amount regardless of changed circumstances, unless a legal or specific contractual exception applies.
If your Order Form includes a minimum commitment, you cannot cancel that committed amount except where law requires it or the Agreement expressly permits it.
How other platforms handle this
If a payment is not successfully processed, due to expiration, insufficient funds, or otherwise, you remain responsible for any uncollected amounts and authorize us to continue billing the Payment Method, as it may be updated.
For document translations, a minimum of 50,000 characters per document is charged.
You also authorize us to retry any failed authorizations. We may use data provided to us by our partners to determine when to schedule such retries.
