By enabling these connections, Customer grants Mistral AI permission to (a) access the Third-Party Services, (b) send Customer Data to the Third-Party Service, and (c) where applicable, retrieve, process, and store the necessary data to use as Customer Data to generate Outputs. Customer is solely responsible for complying with such terms and conditions. Customer acknowledges that Third-Party Services are not Mistral AI Products and Mistral AI is not responsible for any Third-Party Service or Customer use of any Third-Party Service, including any disruptions, data loss, or issues with Mistral AI Products arising from Customer's use of the Third-Party Service.
