(4) CONTRACT AND VENDOR IMPLICATIONS: Enterprise customers and resellers should assess business continuity plans for Maps-dependent applications in the event of immediate suspension. SLA terms should be reviewed to understand what remedies, if any, apply during a suspension period. Customers should confirm that their incident response procedures include a mechanism for rapid escalation to Google in the event of a suspension. (5) COMPLIANCE CONSIDERATIONS: Compliance teams should ensure that license and data protection compliance monitoring is active and continuous, given that violations in these areas trigger the immediate suspension pathway rather than the 24-hour cure pathway.
