If Customer orders Services from Reseller, then: (a) fees for the Services will be set between Customer and Reseller, and any payments will be made directly to Reseller under the Reseller Agreement.
Fees are quoted and payable in United States dollars, and fees are based on Services purchased and not actual usage.
If you do not timely cancel your subscription, your subscription will be renewed at the full price as indicated when the purchase was made, without any additional action by you, and you authorize us to charge your payment method for these amounts.
