Payments for invoices are due 60 days after the invoice date (unless otherwise specified on the Order Form) and are considered overdue after such date.
If we agree to invoice Customer by email, full payment must be received within thirty (30) days from the invoice date.
If a payment is not successfully processed, due to expiration, insufficient funds, or otherwise, you remain responsible for any uncollected amounts and authorize us to continue billing the Payment Method, as it may be updated.
