Material updates to the Additional Terms become effective thirty (30) days after notice is provided to Customer. Any updates that are not material become effective immediately upon being posted at https://legal.mistral.ai/terms.
Unless otherwise noted, the amended Terms of Use will be effective immediately, and your continued use of our Services confirms your acceptance of the changes.
Any updates to Section 5 of these Commercial Terms will apply only to disputes that arise after notice of the update takes place.
