we may change these Customer Terms and the other components of the Contract (except any Order Forms).
Material changes to the Agreement will become effective 30 days after notice is given, except to the extent the changes apply to new Services or functionality or are required by applicable law or court order, in which case they will be effective immediately.
If we make material changes to it or the ways we process your information, we'll notify you (by, for example, prominently posting a notice of the changes on our sites before they take effect or directly sending you a notification).
