Online Service fees may also accrue based on provision of Users, consumption of credits, resolution of tasks, or other measured uses of the Online Services and will be invoiced according to the applicable Order and Documentation.
Fees are payable by credit card, check, or through ACH transfers and Customer authorizes xAI to charge its credit card or bank account for all such fees.
In the event an Order provides for payment by credit card, all purchases over five thousand U.S. Dollars ($5,000) will be subject to credit card fees.
