The reader's subscription renews automatically and is charged at the then-current rate; if the subscription is seat-based, the renewal seat count matches whatever is in the account at renewal, unless the reader cancels before then.

Microsoft reserves the right to charge you for such Services (at the normal rate) if Microsoft determines (in its reasonable discretion) that you are breaching the terms and conditions of the offer.
