Material updates to the Additional Terms become effective thirty (30) days after notice is provided to Customer. Any updates that are not material become effective immediately upon being posted at https://legal.mistral.ai/terms.
To the extent any updates apply to new functionality or are required to comply with applicable law, they will be effective immediately.
