Delta disclaims liability for any loss, damage, error, unauthorized transaction, or data misuse by the third-party agent, and reserves the right to refuse to recognize or interact with any such agent. You also agree to indemnify Delta against any claims arising from your use of a third-party agent. This means if an AI assistant makes an error, causes a data breach, or performs an unauthorized transaction on your behalf, Delta is not liable and you may face legal or financial consequences.
