The updated terms establish that if you use any third-party AI assistant, automated agent, or software to book, modify, or manage your Delta reservations, you assume all risk and remain fully responsible for that agent's actions. Delta disclaims liability for any loss, damage, error, unauthorized transaction, or data misuse by the third-party agent, and reserves the right to refuse to recognize or interact with any such agent. You also agree to indemnify Delta against any claims arising from your use of a third-party agent. This means if an AI assistant makes an error, causes a data breach, or performs an unauthorized transaction on your behalf, Delta is not liable and you may face legal or financial consequences.
View change record →The updated terms establish new restrictions on how the Delta website may be accessed and used. The terms now explicitly prohibit automated access via bots, crawlers, scrapers, or similar tools without Delta's written permission, and ban reproduction, republication, downloading, reverse engineering, or commercial use of any site content. The terms define violations of these restrictions as 'Unauthorized Use' and require that any dispute arising from unauthorized use be resolved under Georgia law and in Georgia federal or state courts. Travel agencies and agents must now hold ARC or IATA accreditation to access booking functions. You can review Delta's full Terms of Use to understand which specific activities are prohibited and what constitutes unauthorized use under the updated language.
