If Customer elects to pay by credit card, debit card, or other non-invoiced form of payment, Google will charge (and Customer will pay) all Fees immediately at the end of the Fee Accrual Period.
If your Payment Method on file is declined or otherwise rejected for any authorized fee or charge, you shall have seven (7) days to provide updated information and payment.
If the Transitional Period exceeds the term defined in the Agreement, the Parties will agree to extend the term of the Agreement, solely for the purposes of an orderly Switch. Such extension will be subject to the payment of the applicable Fees for continued access to the Mistral AI Products.
