If you have submitted a complaint to Checkout.com and are not satisfied with our final response, you may be entitled to refer your complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS), but you must do this within six months of our final response. The FOS is an independent organisation. Its function is to help settle individual disputes between consumers and businesses providing financial services, such as Checkout Ltd. In summary, only 'eligible complainants' may refer their complaints to the FOS. These include microenterprises, medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and small charities.
