Material updates to the Additional Terms become effective thirty (30) days after notice is provided to Customer. Any updates that are not material become effective immediately upon being posted at https://legal.mistral.ai/terms.
With respect to GWS Services, SecOpS Services, Looker (original) Services, and Cloud Identity Services...material updates to this Agreement will only take effect if and when Customer's Order Term renews.
