By using the Boston Dynamics website, you automatically agree to these Terms. Boston Dynamics owns all content on the Site, and you cannot copy, share, or scrape any of it without written permission. If something goes wrong, Boston Dynamics' maximum financial responsibility to you is US$100.00, and you are responsible for indemnifying Boston Dynamics against claims arising from your use of the Site.
Boston Dynamics' Terms of Use establish the conditions under which users may access the Site, vesting broad control in Boston Dynamics throughout. Boston Dynamics owns, controls, or holds licenses to all content on the Site, and requires express prior written consent before any reproduction, distribution, or transmission of that content; automated access methods such as scrapers, robots, or spiders are prohibited. Boston Dynamics may modify the Terms at its sole discretion at any time, and may terminate or block a user's access without prior notice upon its sole determination of a violation. Users bear a sweeping indemnification obligation covering Boston Dynamics and a wide range of affiliated persons and entities, while Boston Dynamics' total liability to any user is capped at US$100.00 and all warranties are disclaimed in full. All disputes are governed by U.S. federal law and the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
Using the Site binds you to these Terms without any separate signature or click-through. You cannot reproduce, upload, distribute, or otherwise use any Site content without Boston Dynamics' express prior written consent, and automated tools for accessing or monitoring the Site are prohibited. Boston Dynamics may cut off your access at any time and without notice if it determines you have violated the Terms, and its financial liability to you is capped at US$100.00 with no warranties of any kind. You are also responsible for keeping your account credentials secure — if someone else uses your account because you failed to do so, you may be held liable for resulting losses. If you do not agree to the Terms, the document requires that you not use the Site.
