Your conversations with Claude, including inputs and outputs, may be used by Anthropic to train its AI models unless you actively opt out through account settings; however, opting out does not prevent training use when you submit feedback or when your content is flagged for safety review. US users who accept the terms are subject to binding arbitration and a class action waiver, which limits how disputes can be resolved and removes the ability to participate in class-action lawsuits. You can opt out of model training in your Claude account settings, and US users can opt out of arbitration by emailing legal@anthropic.com within 30 days of account creation.
