If you are a resident of Brazil, Mexico, South Korea, or Taiwan, you may cancel your subscription within 7 days of signing up without needing to provide any reason.
How other platforms handle this
We will issue a refund within three Business Days of receiving your request, provided that the funds have not been picked up by the designated recipient prior to our receipt of your request for a refund.
In the event an Item does not pass the Item Verification, Whatnot shall notify the Buyer and the Seller of Whatnot's conclusion, which results in an automatic cancellation of the Transaction and a refund to the Buyer's Payment Method.
It is not possible to get a "partial refund" or credit if a user wishes to cancel their recurring subscription early – it will remain valid until the end of its purchased duration.
