Users generally cannot recover payments made to Anthropic, limiting their recourse when dissatisfied with the Services, subject only to express Terms provisions or legal requirements.
A user who pays for the Services should not expect a refund unless a specific Terms provision or applicable law entitles them to one.

For cryptocurrency payments, you will be reimbursed in cryptocurrency but for the euro equivalent of the initial purchase.
We will issue a refund within three Business Days of receiving your request, provided that the funds have not been picked up by the designated recipient prior to our receipt of your request for a refund.
No refunds of fees already paid will be given. Clients may opt out of the Direct Contract program or cancel a Service Contract...however Upwork will not refund any fees for Service Contracts that were considered active at any time in the month prior to the charge.
