Adyen reserves the right to unilaterally increase the Deposit Level at any time by giving notice thereof to the Merchant via the Customer Area (or by e-mail if the situation so requires). If the required Deposit(s) increase results in the Merchant being required to provide additional cash Deposits or if there is a need for additional Withholding, Merchant will ensure that it will be provided without delay. A Merchant's failure to provide the required additional Deposits or Withholdings on time will constitute a breach of these Terms and Conditions.
