Wise extended the error reporting window for most transactions from 60 days to 120 days, giving customers twice as long to identify and report transaction errors. The company also reformatted its error definitions and exclusions by adding numbered lists for clarity, without changing the substantive categories of what constitutes an error or what does not. These changes make the error-reporting process more accessible by providing a longer window and clearer documentation structure.

Wise updated its Terms of Use to disclose that customer accounts may receive funds via the FedNow instant payment service. The updated terms state that FedNow transactions are processed in real time and generally cannot be canceled or reversed once completed, and that Wise may decline incoming FedNow transactions at its discretion for security, compliance, or operational reasons. Sending payments via FedNow is not currently available. This clarifies the operational characteristics and limitations of a payment method customers may encounter when receiving funds.
