WHOOP's terms govern continuous collection of sensitive biometric health data including heart rate variability, sleep stages, and physiological strain through the wearable device, and the agreement grants WHOOP a broad license to use content and data you contribute. The mandatory arbitration clause with class action waiver means disputes must generally be resolved individually through arbitration rather than in court, which limits your legal options if something goes wrong. You can opt out of the arbitration requirement by emailing legal@whoop.com within 30 days of creating your account.
