These Terms govern how you use Walmart's websites and services, including its AI features. Walmart can terminate your account for any reason at its sole discretion, and any disputes you have with Walmart must go to binding arbitration rather than court — you also give up the right to join a class action. Whatever content you submit gives Walmart a permanent, irrevocable right to use it, and your inputs into Walmart's AI tools are collected and retained for multiple purposes including improving those tools.

Walmart's Terms of Use establish the conditions under which users may access and interact with Walmart Sites, including Generative AI Features. The document grants Walmart broad unilateral authority, including sole-discretion account termination, a perpetual and irrevocable license to all user-submitted content, and authorization to store and use payment card information across affiliated sites and properties. Users are bound by final and binding arbitration for all covered disputes, with a mutual class-action waiver, and bear a broad uncapped indemnification obligation for misuse or breach. Walmart Entities disclaim all express, statutory, and implied warranties and exclude liability for indirect, special, incidental, and consequential damages to the fullest extent permissible by applicable law.

As an individual user, you authorize Walmart to store your payment card and use it across Walmart-affiliated sites and properties beyond just Walmart.com. Any content you post grants Walmart a perpetual, irrevocable license that cannot be withdrawn. Your inputs into Generative AI Features are collected, retained, and may be used to improve the AI system and respond to other users — and Walmart discloses that AI-generated responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading, so users should not rely on them without independent verification. If you purchase from a Marketplace Retailer or supplier on Walmart.com, certain information about you may be shared with that third party. If a dispute arises, you must pursue it through individual binding arbitration, not in court and not as part of a class action.
