The updated terms establish a new framework for Managed Teams and Managed Accounts. If your account uses an email address on a domain provisioned or verified by a Managed Team (such as your work email), Vercel may suspend your personal account and provision a new managed account governed by separate terms between your employer and Vercel, not by this Agreement. Vercel will notify you at that email address and allow a reasonable period to move your content to a different email address before potentially terminating the suspended account. Your managed account will be governed by the terms between the Managed Team owner and Vercel, while any account you maintain at a different email address continues to be governed by this Agreement.

Teladoc Health shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations hereunder where the failure results from any cause beyond Teladoc Health's reasonable control, including, without limitation, mechanical, electronic, or communications failure.
