The updated terms establish new restrictions on how developers and organizations can use Unity's platform in connection with artificial intelligence and machine learning. Training AI or machine learning models on Unity Offerings or data derived from them now requires prior authorization from Unity. AI agents, large language models, and automated systems may only interact with the platform through frameworks operated or designated by Unity. Account holders remain responsible for any automated systems acting on their behalf, and breaches of these restrictions may result in account suspension. The terms also clarify that Unity may use aggregated or de-identified End User data for research, marketing, and AI model training and validation purposes.

Other than expressly stated herein, there are no implied licenses granted under these Terms.
Nothing in this Agreement assigns or transfers ownership of any IP Rights to the other party, or contemplates a joint development of intellectual property.
You also acknowledge that you have neither obtained nor will obtain any ownership or other right, title, or interest in or to the Services, Software, or Documentation or any Proprietary Rights relating thereto.
