Payment shall be calculated solely based on records maintained by Company. No other measurements or statistics of any kind shall be accepted by Company or have any effect under these Terms and you shall have no audit rights hereunder.
Your future Creator Earnings, will be applied against this upfront payment until the upfront payment amount is fully utilized.
