Together AI Privacy Policy

This document explains how Together AI handles your personal information and what rights you have over it. Together AI will not use your data to train its models unless you explicitly opt in, and you can adjust your privacy settings to prevent Together AI from storing your prompts and responses entirely. You can ask Together AI to access, correct, or delete your data, and it will notify you if law enforcement requests your information.

Together AI's Privacy Policy establishes a set of substantive obligations regarding the collection, use, sharing, and retention of Personal Data. Together AI commits to requiring adequate security controls before any transfer of Personal Data to third parties or other countries, and does not store payment card information beyond a confirmation record. Model training using user data is restricted to cases where the user has explicitly opted in and consented. Users are granted rights to access, correct, update, delete, and revoke consent over their Personal Data, including a time-bounded twelve-month disclosure right and a Zero Data Retention option that prevents storage of prompts, training data, and model responses. Together AI further commits to promptly notifying users of law enforcement requests for their Personal Data unless legally prohibited from doing so.

As an individual user, you have meaningful control over your data: you can revoke consent and request deletion of your Personal Data at any time, and you can activate Zero Data Retention by selecting the 'No' option in your privacy settings, which prevents Together AI from retaining your training data, prompts, or model responses for any purpose. Together AI will not use your data for model training unless you have explicitly opted in. If Together AI receives a law enforcement request for your Personal Data, it will notify you and provide a copy of the request unless legally barred from doing so. Your payment card information is not stored — only a confirmation that payment was made.
