(4) CONTRACT AND VENDOR IMPLICATIONS: Businesses and Taskers relying on platform access for ongoing operations should note the revocable nature of the license and assess whether their business continuity plans account for potential access termination. The prohibition on reverse engineering and retransmission is standard in platform terms and is relevant for any technical integration or data use assessments. (5) COMPLIANCE CONSIDERATIONS: Legal teams should review the Acceptable Use Policy incorporated by reference, as it defines the conditions under which the license may be revoked.
