Users in certain regions may be required to pay local taxes, which will be calculated and added to the total cost of a purchase.
If Customer pays by credit card, debit card, or other non-invoiced form of payment, Customer will pay all Fees immediately at the end of the Fee Accrual Period or when otherwise charged by Google.
If Customer orders Services from Reseller, then: (a) fees for the Services will be set between Customer and Reseller, and any payments will be made directly to Reseller under the Reseller Agreement.
