A customer whose service is terminated for uncured breach faces an immediate lump-sum obligation for all fees that would have accrued for the rest of the term, rather than being released from future payment.
If the agreement or a service is terminated by Smartsheet for your uncured breach, you immediately owe all committed and outstanding fees for the remainder of that service's term.
How other platforms handle this
If Customer objects to any change in Fees, Customer may terminate this Agreement for convenience under Section 8.5 (Termination for Convenience).
The Customer shall bear all bank and transfer charges as well as any currency conversion costs (if any).
Customer will be responsible for paying all Taxes associated with its purchases, except for those taxes based on our net income.
