If your account is terminated, you could lose access to all your projects, deployed applications, and stored data, which is a significant risk for developers who rely on Replit as their primary development or hosting environment.
The agreement states that users grant Replit a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display content submitted to the platform. The arbitration clause requires all disputes to be resolved through individual binding arbitration, which means users cannot join class action lawsuits or have disputes heard in court absent limited exceptions. You can review the arbitration opt-out procedure described in the terms and submit a written opt-out notice to Replit within 30 days of first agreeing to the terms if you wish to preserve your right to litigate disputes.
